DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH

COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 10 January 2017, marks the 77" Foundation Anniversary and Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.
