BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 116

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2023, Monday, the City of Navotas will mark the celebration of its 117" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
