MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1161 DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2006; AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OFBATANGAS WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 7 f 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to clebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R; ERMITA, Executive Secrtary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 7, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
