BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1161

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAUREL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Laurel, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 52" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Laurel be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Monday, 21 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Laurel, Province of Batangas.
