BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1162

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 74°" Founding Anniversary; ..

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Lipa to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 21 June 2021, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 20 June 2021, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Monday, 21 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.
