PROCLAMATION NO. 1163

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 June 2021, Wednesday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its 14" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
