MALACANANG Manila, I. , BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1.164 DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2006 AS SPECIAL'(NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI WHEREAS/ Tuesday/ November 28/ 2006/ marks the Foundatjon Day Anniversarv of the Province of Sarangani; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Provinqe of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
