BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1165

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED WITHIN UPLB COMPOUND, LOS BANOS, LAGUNA, AS AN _ INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 09- 192 (s. 2009), as amended, of the PEZA Board, as an Information Technology (IT) Park, to be known as the UPLB IT Park, located within the UPLB Compound, Los Bafios, Laguna, with an area of Ninety-One Thousand Five Hundred (91,500) square meters, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot D-1-B PSD-227910 TCT No. 45714

A parcel of land Lot D-1-B, (Portion) (LRC) Psd-227910, being a portion of Lot D-1, PSD-24950, situated in Barangay Tuntungin, Los Bafios, Laguna.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 and 1 by Lot |-698 and Lot A-1, Psd-1299; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot D-1-B (LRC) PSD-227910 (Portion); on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot D-1-B (LRC) PSD-227910 (Portion); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot D-1-B (LRC) PSD-227910 (Portion).

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 61 deg. 50’E., 4,543.60 m. from BLLM No. 1, Municipality of Los Bafios, thence:
