BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1167

DECLARING TUESDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal marks the celebration of its “Sumbingtik Festival” on Tuesday, 1 December 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 1 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
