BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1170

DECLARING MONDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the “Kaa/dawan nin Virac” on Monday, 7 December 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in: the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 7 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
