BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1172

DECLARING SATURDAY, 14 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 14 March 2026, Saturday, the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary as a component city;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 14 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of lloilo.
