BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1173

DECLARING TUESDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Tuesday, 8 December 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 8 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
