BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1174

DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, Monday, December 18, 2006, marks the 7' Charter Day Anniversary af the City of Tugueaarao;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Exceilency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 18, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuquegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
