BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1174

DECLARING TUESDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 8 December 2015, marks the celebration of the Founding Anniversary of the City of Batac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 8 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.
