BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 11756

DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 2006, marks the 143™ Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to cetebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby dectare Saturday, Deceniber 2, 2006, as special (non-Wolking) day in Pasay City.
