DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN, BULACAN
WHEREAS, the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan marks the celebration of its “Araw ng Lungsod ng Meycauayan” on Thursday, 10 December 2015;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 10 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Meycauayan, Bulacan.
