DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

WHEREAS, Friday, December 8, 2006, marks the 428" Fourdation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union:

WHEREAS, It Is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union be given full Opportunity to celebrate the oceasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Feecutive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, «iy hereby declare Friday, December §, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my band and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
