BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1177

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 9 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 9 December 2015, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks the celebration of the Taal Trade and Cultural Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive: Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do’ hereby declare Wednesday, 9 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
