DECLARING TUESDAY, 5 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUDIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur will celebrate its 430" Foundation Anniversary on Tuesday, 5 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 5 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of llocos Sur.
