BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1178

DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CANLAON, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2026, Thursday, the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Pasayaw Festival 2026;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Canlaon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 19 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental.
