CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT PAMALICAN ISLAND, BARANGAY MANAMOK, CUYO, PALAWAN, AS A SPECIAL TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO, 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO, 8748
