BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1179

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 46" Charter Day on Friday, 18 December 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 18 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
