MALACANANG MANILA c1; .' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 118 DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 1992, ON THE OCCASION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ELECTIONS. WHEREAS, Friday, Dt::;cember 4, 1992, was set as tht::; Kabataan General Election; and Sangguniang WHEREAS, there is a need to give our you th full opportunity participate in this election. i to NOW, THEREFORE, I FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, and pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 203 dated June 30, 1987, do hereby declare Friday, December 4, 1992, as a special day throughout the country on the occasion of the Sangguniang Kabataan Elections. The various local government units through their respective Chief Local Executives shall extend all possible assistance and support to ensure the smooth conduct of the general eleclions.
