BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 118

DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Thursday, 12 January 2017, marks the Foundation Day of the City of Valencia, Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia, Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 12 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Bukidnon.
