PROCLAMATION NO. 118

DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, on 12 January 2023, Thursday, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon will mark the celebration of its 22° Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City Valencia be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 12 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.
