BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO1180

DECLARING SATURDAY, 16 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the celebration of its 110" _ Founding Anniversary on Saturday, 16 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 16 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
