CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE MANILA COD BUILDING WHICH STANDS GN FOUR PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT GENERAL ROMULO STREET, ARANETA CENTER, CUBAO, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested fn me under Republic Acl No, 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economie Zone Authority, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject lo the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Requlations, Resolution No. 00-41{ dated 29 December 2000 ane Resolution No. 04-224 ated 13 July 2004 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Eeoanemic Zone Authority, lhe Manila cop Building as an Information Technology Center, which stands on four parcels of lane located at General Romulo Street, Araneta Cenler, Cubao, Quezon City, containing an aggreqate area of Three Thousand Four Hundred Ten (3,410) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
