BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES _ PROCLAMATION NO. 1181

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 JULY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2021, Wednesday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihuingan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 14 July 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
