PROCLAMATION NO. 1181

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 29 March 2026, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Mambusao to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Mambusao requested that 26 March 2026, Thursday, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 29 March 2026;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Mambusao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 26 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz.
