BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1183

DECLARING MONDAY, 4 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAUJAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro marks the celebration of its 111" Founding Anniversary on Monday, 4 January 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 4 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
