DECLARING MONDAY, 11 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Monday, 11 January 2016, marks the 75* Foundation Anniversary and the 16" Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Monday, 11 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.
