BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 119

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas will hold a Tourism and Cultural Day together with the celebration of its city fiesta on Monday, 16 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
