BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1190

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 JULY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 July 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 72" Araw ng Ipil; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 July 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
