PROCLAMATION NO. 1190

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Pura, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of the 15" Panagyaman Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pura be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pura, Province of Tarlac.
