PROCLAMATION NO.1191

DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGRAS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Dingras, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of the Ani Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dingras be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 19 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dingras, Province of Ilocos Norte.
