PROCLAMATION NO.1192

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, the City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon will mark the celebration of its 28" Charter Anniversary on 22 March 2026, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Malaybalay to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 23 March 2026, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 22 March 2026;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malaybalay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon.
