AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 848 DATED JANUARY 24, 1992, WHICH TRANSFERRED TO THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY THE ADMINISTRATION AND DISPOSITION OF THE LAND LOCATED IN PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA RESERVED FOR RELOCATION SITE PURPOSES UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 687 SERIES OF 1960, BY TRANSFERRING THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED
