BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1193

DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 JANUARY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, 23 January 2016, marks the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan; ‘

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 23 January 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
