PROCLAMATION NO. 1193

DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 MARCH 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF URDANETA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2026, Saturday, the City of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Urdaneta be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 21 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan.
