CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY ULANGO, TANAUAN CITY, BATANGAS, AS AN EXPANSION TO THE EXISTING FIRST PHILIPPINE INDUSTRIAL PARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
