BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1194

DECLARING FRIDAY, 06 AUGUST 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 06 August 2021, Friday, the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pilar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 06 August 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon.
