BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO., 1194

DECLARING TUESDAY, 31 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2026, Tuesday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 25" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
