CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS OAKRIDGE L.T. rine CENTER WHECH STANDS ON THREE PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 880 4.S. FORTUNA STREET, SANILAD, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT

NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant fo the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Repubjic Act No. 8748, and upan recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-121 dated 28 March 2006 as amended by Resolution No. 06-392 dated 25 August 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Phillppine Economic Zone Authority, \he Oakridge 1.7.
