BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1199

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 AUGUST 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2021, Monday, the City of Tuguegarao will mark the celebration of the Afi Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 August 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
