BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12

DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) | DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the patronal feast dubbed as “Pavvurulun Festival 2010” on Monday, August 16, 2010;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, August 16, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
