MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. i2 DECLARING MONDAY, 1 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY WHEREAS, Monday, 1 August 2016, marks the 68 Foundation Day and 10*" Buganihan Festival of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 1 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
