BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 12

DECLARING TUESDAY, 26 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 July 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 73" Araw ng Ipil;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
