i1Itpr ffl?-r-z., MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 20 792, DATED 5 SEPTEMBER 1991 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 792, dated 5 September 1991, as follows: Section 1. A new Whereas Clause is hereby added after the Secoria Whereas Clause to read as follows: "WHEREAS, the shortage of low cost housing projects for qualified .Government personnel has been the consistent problem of the Government of the Philippines." Sec. 2. A new paragraph is hereby added after Third Paragraph to read as follows: the "The privilege herein granted may be ex- tended to qualified personnel of the other departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the national government including employees of the municipa~ government of Muntinlupa and government-owned or controlled corporations as may be determined and approved by the Depart-ment of Justice." . Sec. 3. The provisions of Proclamation No. 792 not otherwise inconsistent with this Proclamation shall remain in full force and effect.
