DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the celebration of its qi"

Founding Anniversary on Monday, 16 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
