Pursuant fo the powers vested In me under Republic Act No, 2916, the Special Beonomir: Fone Act of 1995, as amencled by Republic Act No, 8748. and upon tne recommendation of the Board of Directors uf the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, 1, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of ihe Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of (he powers vested in me by law, do hereby create anc designate as an Inclusion to the existing Laguna Technopark 1 - Special Economic Zane, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7216 as amended, fs implementing Rules anc Regulations, and Resolution Ne. 06-412 dated 12 Sestember 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), an area located in Barangay Binang, Municipality of Bifian, Province of Laguna, consisting of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (10,187) SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following tectmical deseriptions:
